European School of Missions

Learning from the past, we decided to train staff and non- staff leaders together through ESOM. One implication of this decision is a broader view of candidates who are selected for the opportunity to benefit from ESOM training.

We believe that this broader inclusion will provide one answer to the challenges we face in reaching out to a new generation in this fast-changing world.

Program Vision

1. Training European missionaries and ministers (staff).

2. Training European next generation leaders (non-staff) to strengthen and grow next generation ministries in existing churches as well as church plantings.

3. Connecting European next generation leaders to foster our unity and cooperation among the Western European churches.
